Things Stolen / Lost...Don't Worry...
Here's a step-by-step guidance on things you need to do...

Depending on the place where your wallet was stolen / lost:

1. Dormitory

2. Library

3. Other places within the Campus

You can seek help from the following places:

1. Dormitory, Contact your respective Dormitory Manager

2. Library, Contact the School Librarian

3. Go to the nearest school authority. For example, Janitor's Office or School Police Station

If you are an International / Exchange Student, here is the list of priority steps for you to follow:

1. You need to go to the POST OFFICE and STOP all transaction in your ACCOUNT, so that no one can fraudulently withdraw money by using your ATM Card from Post Office.

2. Call your respective Bank and INACTIVATE your CREDIT CARD and DEBIT CARD, to prevent misuse of your credit card.

3. An ATM Card is safer than a credit card as a PIN is required to access the account. If you think the card may be misused, call the respective bank and INACTIVATE your ATM Card, too.

You will need to write a report in the Hu-wei District Police Station and will receive a copy of the report. Wait for a few days (maximum up to three days) to see if you will get the stolen / lost things back. After three days if there is no response, you will need to have all your documents made/issued again.

Report the same to the School Police Station / Hu-wei Police Station
