People would like to transact postal services which includes sending postal matters, packages and conducting deposit, withdraw or remitting money are suggested to attend to Taiwan Post Company—N.F.U. Branch in Hu-wei.

Opening an account of the Taiwan Post Company is required the following documents: 1. Passport (original document and a copy one) 2.Alien resident certificate (original document and a copy one) 3. Service charge: NT$100.

2.     Opening a bank account and currencies exchange

Opining a bank account is required the following documents: 1. Passport (original document and a copy one) 2.Alien resident certificate (original document and a copy one) 3. Service charge: NT$100. Members of the bank account are able to withdraw money in every branch and ATM machine of the bank after finishing conducting the relevant processes of bank account.

People would like to have currencies exchange in banks is required to bring the alien resident certificate and passport. Taiwanese banks usually only offer the service of U.S. dollars, Euro, Japanese Yen and Hong Kong dollar exchange.
